Barrichello facing Super Aguri demotion E-mail

Oct.31 (GMM)  F1's most experienced driver could be relegated to the smallest team on the grid for 2008, despite his contract to race for Honda next year.
It was reported recently that, although the Japanese squad announced the extension of Brazilian veteran Rubens Barrichello's contract not only in July but again last month, Honda boss Nick Fry may have re-engaged with the driver market amid the prospect of Fernando Alonso's McLaren exit.

Just as Takuma Sato was downgraded to the Honda satellite team at the end of 2005, then, 35-year-old Barrichello could also be facing a move to Super Aguri, according to the British magazine F1 Racing.

Barrichello conspicuously failed to score a single point this season, and reportedly drew the ire of the team with several below-par performances compared with teammate Jenson Button.
